HOW CAN YOU MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE BEST? WE CAN HELP. For just under €21 per month, you can avail of the following services. 

An initial introductory visit, during which photos will be taken and a full inventory of property's contents produced. Monthly inspection visits of the interior of your property during which we thoroughly air all rooms (subject to external weather conditions), check for pests and vermin and recommend action, test all appliances and electrical equipment to make sure all are in good working order, examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear, check all sanitary equipment and plumbing and make sure all your security services and equipment are fully functional. Monthly visual inspections of the exterior, to check for any obvious defects.

 Payment of emergency bills.*  Provision of key-holding facility, management and distribution of keys, and 24-hour safety deposit box. *  Welcome packs supplied for your guests *  Identification of maintenance issues and organization of repairs. *  The supply of dilapidations reports by e-mail, including photographs, if necessary.

We provide a complete airport transfer service from Lamezia Airport. Transfers from Reggio Airport can also be organised – price available upon request. Transfers from Lamezia Airport to the following locations can also be arranged – Gizzeria, Falerna, Amantea, San Lucido – price available upon request. Rates are one way including fuel costs, VAT and driver. Our drivers know the locality, speak English and Italian. You will be met by a representative at the arrivals section, with a name board with your name on it. DEEP CLEANING SERVICE WE WILL:         

Remove all labels and plastic coverings from furniture, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, windows, doors, flooring Clean all doors, floors, windows, skirting, fixtures & fittings of paint and plaster Clean all windows, window shutters, window frames and sills. Test all sockets, appliance and lighting Clean and polish kitchen, bedroom, living room, toilets and etc. cupboards inside and out. Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathroom. Yes, included in our annual ‘Management Services’ package is the extension of our extensive rental marketing campaign. We will organise photos, advertising, editorials and the publishing of your property on high ranked portals.

No, this service is free of charge once you avail of our 12 monthly management plan. The only applicable charge would be if you decide to market your property on one of the fee paying websites, but we extend our agency discount to all our clients.

Yes, we work as agents with ‘Holiday Lettings.co.uk’ and we have been very successful in gaining confirmed bookings for our clients. An annual listing costs £150, which gives you a saving of £70 plus VAT when you avail of our agency rates.
