CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

The CalCPA Emerging Leaders Certificate Program provides a forum to develop critical leadership skills with a network of your peers while you gain exposure to leaders in the profession. You’ll start with a full-day regional conference focused on broad areas of leadership, followed by a full-day chapter-based workshop, designed to develop you—the emerging leader. During this two-day program, you’ll delve into pertinent leadership development areas needed to accelerate and elevate your career, including personal leadership fundamentals, navigating the multi-generational workforce, effective decision making and more. Plus, with chapter workshop sizes ranging from 10 to 20 CalCPA members, you have the unique opportunity to share and discuss experiences in an intimate and trusting setting. Designed for: CPAs licensed for 0 to 5 years. Credit Information: CPE: 1 hour (technical) 15 hours (non-technical) FR: 1 hour Prerequisites: None

After that time a refund will be given less a $125 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows. VPE no-shows will have the number of registered CPE hours deducted from their VPE credit.
