Review of New Contract Template developments ♦ PDD Contract template distributed by HS Procurement – different approach to previous; also different than other four templates for HS-funded services ♦ ACDS provided clause-by-clause annotation for its members ♦ Procurement Q&A continued to maintain no possibility of changes; Sr. Operating Officer, Lori Cooper, issued notice that ‘everything is on the table’ ♦ Thursday meeting: ACDS and gov’t lawyers; Friday meeting: ALIGN and gov’t lawyers ♦ Review of other responses and conversations within government (Executive Committee met with PDD Calgary; Ryan Geake, Todd Rich meetings)

Procurement Advisory Table – Melanie Mitra, Prospect, Helen Cowie, DDRC Melanie will provide overview of PAT and invite Council member input to be passed through to PAT for consideration. (Helen unconfirmed due to scheduling conflict.)
