Attendees have this once-a-year opportunity to connect with over 200 companies and 900 industry experts to discuss new trends, products and services. Lunch is free to all registered attendees both days, providing a perfect peer networking opportunity as well! The Expo Grand Opening begins at 12:00 noon Tuesday, with the Expo closing at 3:00pm Wednesday.

Award winners will display and discuss their 2022 award winning projects! The California Park & Recreation Society’s Awards Program recognizes the outstanding achievements of agencies and individuals in the areas of community improvements and programming, facility design and park planning, marketing and communication, and professional and citizen leadership.

University/Innovation Row

Network with university faculty and students. Discuss projects that you are interested in and find out how your local university might be able to help or share research that is already available. Information about bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in parks, recreation, and tourism will also be available from a variety of universities. Faculty and students will be on hand during Expo Hall hours.

Silent Auction

Bid on fabulous items at participating vendor booths throughout the Expo. All proceeds support the California Foundation for Parks & Recreation. Auction items must be claimed by 11:00am on Thursday at the conference registration counter.

Prize Drawings

Held both Tuesday and Wednesday, these are “Must Be Present to Win” activities! Cash drawings will take place both Tuesday and Wednesday during dedicated viewing times in the Expo. The Grand Prize drawing occurs Wednesday prior to the exhibit hall closing at 3:00pm. Only registered attendees may participate.
