Note: Chapter 33 students can register at the VA Regional Office to use E-Benefits to get the equivalent of a Chapter 33 of Eligibility. Chapter 31 students cannot get a completed VA approval before the VA VR&E case manager issues it to the school. Provide written request to be certified; Provide additional information needed to properly certify the enrollment as described in other institutional policies.
Schedule of Total Charges for the Program The estimated schedule of total charges for the full educational program for learners entering without any transfer course credit and does not include optional fees listed under Miscellaneous Fees (Non-refundable) in the FINANCIAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES section of the catalog. All fees and tuition must be paid in full prior to graduation and a degree cannot be awarded nor transcripts released until all outstanding tuition and financial obligations have been paid in full. Learners who have completed coursework but have an outstanding balance will be provided with written notice of any tuitions and fees payable. Failure to pay after written notice is provided will result in the learner being placed on Graduation Hold. All outstanding fees and tuition must be paid in full prior to enrollment in additional coursework. Learners who have completed coursework but have an outstanding balance will be provided with written notice of any tuition and fees payable. Failure to pay after written notice is provided will result in the learner being placed on Accounting Hold. Miscellaneous fees are subject to change with or without notice. CalSouthern may accept credits in transfer toward degree programs for coursework completely at appropriately accredited postsecondary institutions. Additional coursework or the acceptance of credits from another institution may affect the number of credits required, learner's scheduled completion date, and the estimated total charges for the entire program.
