Friends of norge Friends of Norge is an association which supports Junior School activities. It is open to all parents. Parents can become involved as Coordinators and/or Year Representatives. Coordinators Coordinators play an active role in Friends of Norge. They coordinate Junior School events such as Mothers’ and Fathers’ Day Breakfasts, Open Day, Footy Day and the End of Year BBQ. Year Representatives Year Representatives play a vital role in the Junior School community. They facilitate communication between parents of their year level and the school; organise social functions to encourage interaction between boys and parents; welcome new families into the year group and help organise assistance for families experiencing difficulties. The role of Year Representatives also includes assisting with Junior School events and encouraging parent involvement. There are usually two or three Representatives for each class. Friends of Norge meet twice a term. It is a great way to get involved in the Junior School community.
