How to View Current and Past Courses on Schoology for Years 6­12

With reports to be published on Friday 28 June, many parents will also want to see the marks and comments in their sons’ Semester 1 courses.

Courses with a Semester 1 and 2 code that are year­long core subjects, such as English and Mathematics and VCE subjects, are available to view by accessing the Current course and selecting the Semester 1 gradebook.

Courses with a Semester 1 code only, such as elective subjects like languages, have been archived, and are available to view by accessing the Past course section of Schoology.

Please see the below example on how to view both the Current and Past section of Schoology;

Step 1 When first logging into Schoology, below is the page view that you will see.

Select your son’s name from the dropdown menu on the right­hand side of the screen:

Step 2 Select ‘Enrolments’

Step 3 From the drop­down menu, select ‘Past’ or ‘Current’:

Step 4 This will allow you to view your son’s Past and Current Courses, which appear like this:

Simply click on the Course(s) you wish to access, and you can then see your son’s results and comments.
