What’s changed
• We will postpone large gatherings, excursions and camps until we get the all-clear from government to resume them. • The cafeteria will be open, but for pick up only and must be ordered in advance (https://www.flexischools.com.au/). • Water bubblers will be out of action. Students should bring their own drink bottles and fill them from a tap. • Morning and afternoon drop off/pick up by car: • Middle and Senior School only via Gate 7 (Chatfield Ave); • JS only via Gate 1 (Mont Albert Rd). • If your son has PE class on a day, he can wear PE uniform all day to prevent congestion in the change rooms
What we’re doing
• The school will have extra cleaning during the day and a full clean at the end of each day. Hand sanitizer is located in strategic locations in buildings and in every classroom, and there is disinfectant in every classroom for desks and equipment. • We will encourage students not to gather in large groups at recess or lunch. • Teachers will encourage paperless submission of school work where appropriate.

• If your son is in a high risk group, or has everyday contact with someone in a high risk group, please contact his Head of School to work out arrangements • Don’t send your son to school if he has a cold, cough, sore throat or sniffles, even if it’s mild - we’ll have to send him back home. • Please don’t come on site unless you absolutely must - and then you must sign in at Reception. At drop off and pick up, stay in your car if possible.
