Special Circumstances
Cambridge English teaching qualifcations are designed to be fair to all test takers. This commitment to fairness covers: • Special arrangements
These are available for candidates with a permanent or longterm disability. Consult your Centre Exams Manager (CEM) for more details. • Special consideration
We will give special consideration to candidates affected by adverse circumstances such as illness or bereavement immediately before or during an exam. Applications for special consideration must be made through the centre no later than 10 working days after the exam date. • Malpractice
We will investigate all cases where candidates are suspected of copying, collusion or breaking the exam regulations in some other way. Results may be withheld while they are being investigated, or because we have found an infringement of regulations. Centres are notified if a candidate’s results have been investigated.
