We’re excited to share with you a sneak peek at our early 2025 list! Romantasy continues to take the world by storm, and A DAGGER OF LIGHTNING, a sci-fi-flavored fantasy following a woman abducted to a magical alien world, will delight readers clamoring to the next epic love story. Thrills are in, and nothing says “riveting beach read” like an action-packed romp through the streets of Paris in A PROMISE TO DIE FOR, or the time travel shenanigans of THE AFTER HOURS, where the past is literally out to get you. THEY PLAYED THEIR ROLE, the nail-biting, heart-wrenching conclusion to the Dungeons & Dragons-inspired Glintchasers series, is sure to entertain die-hard fantasy readers from all fandoms, while readers looking for a silver screen-inspired laugh will indulge in their inner Wes Anderson fan with the spy thriller spoof HOTEL MELIKOV. And those who like their murder mysteries with a dash of romance will happily tag along with a small town detective as she is forced to partner with her ex-boyfriend, now a big-city detective, as they investigate murder in a sleepy rural community in WHAT HE LEFT BEHIND.
Time travel isn’t just for adult readers, as young adult novel RICOCHET steps into the shoes of teenage Anastasia Romanov and answers the question: What would happen if she survived her execution by accidentally transporting to a parallel world? The fantastical adventures continue with MAGIC AT THE GRAND DRAGONFLY THEATRE, an enchanting love letter to theater and the bond between two sisters, and QUEENDOM COME, the epic conclusion to the Frean Chronicles, where a young queen fights for the soul of her Queendom. And for the science fiction-inclined reader, THE PREMONITIONS CLUB explores the dangerous consequences of a group of teenagers inheriting psychic powers.
