ABOUT ADOMANI Adomani is a company headquartered in Orange, California that designs and manufacturers zero-emission electric drivetrain systems for fleet vehicles. Edward Monfort founded Adomani in 2011 with the initial goal of providing simplified, environmentally friendly, and costreduced electrical solutions to repower vehicles. Today, Adomani collaborates with trusted service partners and customizes vehicle orders to accommodate the needs of each unique customer long-term. For customers who are in the market for new vehicles, Adomani offers brand-new fleet vehicles that have been initially programmed to meet the demands of ever-popular federal and state green standards and air-restrictions. These vehicles provide better fuel efficiency and produce less pollution than the ubiquitous standard fleet vehicle models.

For customers who want to upgrade their current fleet vehicles, Adomani offers a patented technology that allows a single part of an OEM vehicle to be replaced, such as the drive shaft. The Adomani electric drive shaft allows the vehicle to assist the gas engine while moving, which in-turn increases MPG. This Internal Combustion Engine conversion to Electric Motor Assembly (“EMA”) utilizes the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (“OEM”) accessory parts like alternators, pumps, compressors, and belts, yet improves the efficiency of the vehicle. Additionally, Adomani has recently extended its customer range and now provides all-electric drivetrains for common chassis models (Ford, Freightliner, Spartan, etc.) with the goal of CARB and HVIP compliance.


Adomani provides ongoing maintenance options and customer service which helps vehicle operators overcome fluctuating fuel costs, save money, and address the challenges of the changing local, federal, and state green standards. Since the United States transportation sector represents 27% of total greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions nationally, Adomani's product goals are focused on creating vehicles that will positively impact the environment.

ADOMANI PRODUCT GOALS: • Initially to be built as a Class 5 destination truck (19,500 lb GVRW) • May also choose to build as a Class 4 destination truck (14,500 lb GVWR) depending on Air District Incentives • California Air Resources Board (CARB) Heavy-Duty Certification Program approval • CARB “Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) eligibility

THE TEAM Adomani's team is composed of passionate visionaries who believe in a greener future. Adomani unites a small team of driven, hardworking individuals who are ready to transform the transportation industry on a global scale. The executive team is composed of CEO James L. Reynolds, CFO Michael K. Menerey, CTO Edward R. Monfort, and COO Richard A. Eckert. The Vice Presidents include Kevin G. Kanning, John Roselli, and Robert E. Williams. There are two directors: Director of Sales, Matt Essex, and Director of New Bus Sales, Jim O’Connell.

Each unique team member is highly skilled in their area of expertise and contributes their experiences and knowledge to the company. Adomani is currently a small company that doesn’t need an excessive number of staff members to function. Most executives have one assistant to help facilitate organization so that everyone can accomplish their daily duties efficiently. Seasonal staff members work during different times of the year when extra help is needed.

THE LOCATION Adomani’s headquarters is sited in Orange, CA, a small suburb located in Orange County, CA. Orange is close in proximity to other large cities, including Los Angeles and Anaheim to the North, Santa Ana and Irvine to the South, and a handful of popular beaches to the West. The climate in Orange is mild and the weather is pleasant year-round. Therefore, outdoor activities are very popular for the citizens of Orange. Bicycle trails meander throughout Orange and connect to the Santa Ana River Trail, which extends 20 miles to the Pacific Ocean. Orange is situated near many national parks and natural reserves as well—notably Santiago Oaks Regional Park and Limestone Canyon National Park. These natural havens provide a sense of removal from the urbanized environment. The center of Orange—the historical town square— is close in proximity to Adomani’s headquarters. Some popular activities to do in the nearby area include eating at eclectic restaurants, spending time at local parks, shopping at boutiques, and planning day-trips to nearby towns. The healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle of Orange, California is reflcted in the design of Adomani’s company headquarters.

BUILDING CODES Adomani’s type of business function classifies it as a Business Group B occupancy. These types of commercial buildings in Orange County must abide by the following codes: Building Code – California Building Code 2016 Energy Code – California Energy Code 2016 and California Green Building Standards Code 2016 (Adopted and amended by Ordinance No. 16-018 on November 22, 2016) Plumbing Code – CPC 2016 (Adopted and amended by Ordinance No. 16-019 on December 17, 2013) Mechanical Code – California Mechanical Code 2016 (Adopted and amended by Ordinance No. 16-020 on December 17, 2013) Electrical Code – California Electrical Code 2016 (Adopted and amended by Ordinance No. 16-021 on December 17, 2013) Fire Code – California Fire Code 2016 (Adopted and amended by Ordinance No. 16-022 on December 17, 2013)

THE BRAND Adomani has recently launched as an IPO. Since the headquarters is in the process of being redesigned, It is an ideal time to revive the brand logo. The rebranded Adomani logo reflects the contemporary design style of the company interiors while still maintaining some aspects of the original logo.

• Inspired by the design style: Clean Industrial • Reduced color palette to 3 colors to keep the emphasis on the company name • Simple font and minimal lines to convey the brand in a clean, contemporary way • Timeless design • Red O in the middle still utilizes the red color from the previous logo, (R:243 G:6 B:5), but does so in a subtle way • The bold letter O in the center symbolizes the cycle of sustainable design and also imitates the school bus wheel

DESIGN CONCEPT The design style of the company’s interiors can be described as C L E A N I N D U S T R I A L . This eclectic style contrasts raw, industrial finishes with clean-lined contemporary furnishings. Classic dark finishes are prominent throughout the space to reflect the industrial style. Pops of colors and bright whites provide elegant contrast to the dark finishes. The design of the classical school bus serves as inspiration throughout the space, which can be seen through the use of metals, bright colors, linear and circle motives, reflective surfaces, and various transparencies in Adomani’s headquarters.

SUSTAINABILITY Adomani is a company with a passionate purpose to drive the transportation industry to green technology. This dedication to sustainabillity is reflected in the design of the headquarters in the following ways: SUSTAINABLE FINISHES • The materials specified for Adomani’s headquarters are primarily CARB and/or LEED compliant. • The flooring, paint, and architectural products that compose the interiors emit low-VOCs and some are even made from recycled material. BIOPHILLIC DESIGN • Large windows promote natural daylighting in the interiors, which helps to regulate mood and circadian rhythm. • Natural materials, such as oak wood, help to bring the outdoors inside and promote healthier air-quality.

SUSTAINABLE FURNISHINGS • Fabrics with high-double rubs are utilized to prolong the lifespan of the material, which means less textile waste over time. • Most furniture specified is from manufacturers that utillize recycled materials and energy-efficient production methods. ENERGY EFFICIENCY • All specified appliances are Energy Star rated. • Window Shades with a high shading coefficient help to reduce the amount of heat entering the interior space. LIGHTING • Most lights that are specified are LED. LED lamps do not contain mercury, are highly efficient, turn on quickly, are dimmable, and have a longer useful life compared to other types of lamps. • Dimmable lighting controls and occupancy sensors help to reduce the lighting load, which in turn reduces electrical usage.
