Together we gave to AIESEC members and to other students from private and public universities of Yaounde, Douala, Buea, Bamenda, Dschang, Benin and Niger an unforgettable experience, enhanced by personal and professional development. AIESEC in Cameroon, such as all the other entities of the AIESEC network, contributes to the awakening, empowerment and development of youth in national and international level by motivating them to become agents of positive change in their societies. From this great global movement of young leaders who positively impact their peers. The UPGRADE 2017 in Douala will thus remain in history, as this conference which marked the new takeoff of our entity, because it has had record numbers compared to previous editions, with a very significant representativeness of national and international public and private bodies . The Cameroon Youth Speak Forum organized this year in conjunction with the upgrade allowed non-AIESEC students to exchange ideas with specialist leaders on the problems of young people, young entrepreneurs, etc. To all our trainers and sponsors we are very grateful to you for your confidence in AIESEC in Cameroon and for the importance you have given to this event, we will always be very honored to be among you at our upcoming events. We believe that leadership is the fundamental solution to the problems that undermine our society, hence our leitmotive: When people think of leadership, they think of AIESEC.
