Project Concept Edita Kazlauskas is a fun loving grandmother with a passion for the Doo-Wop era. Edita wanted a space that can accommodate her aging in place and can transition into a home that gives her the best quality of life. She wanted a place that reflects her young side that she embraces and a place her family can gather and enjoy. Edita’s home will be a sanctuary for her to live and treasure the things that she loved in her lifetime

Project Concept American Express Publishing Company composes luxury lifestyle magazines that highlight exciting destinations, sophisticated products, and delectable food and wine offerings. We created an inspiring canvas that mirrors the magazine’s essence. The space design will open a window to a universal culture. Neutral colors dominate the overall space and provide a canvas for pops of color found throughout in images and accessories. An assortment of eclectic and modern furniture provides interest and adventure. Natural views to the outside courtyard highlight koi ponds and Zen gardens transports inhabitants to a botanical escape, enhancing the overall experience. Occupants will not only be inspired by their subject matters, but by their sophisticated, new Nashville office.

Located on the famous Las Vegas strip, This resort is a hot spot for people wanting to escape from the norm and experience something completely new and fun. The inspiration for the hotel is color. This hotel has a fun vibe with a hip nightclub and celebrity chefs providing guests with a unique food experience in a whimsical atmosphere in the restaurant. The room experience is fun and different from anything else in Vegas. Each room has a different theme that includes all the colors in the color spectrum. They are modern and have breathtaking views of the Las Vegas strip. The overall feel of this hotel is unique, modern and fits into the Las Vegas strip with a fun ambiance.
