at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Client: Raphael Miranda Designed by: Oikotie, 2018 Role: Junior Architect Designer assistant Status: Constructed “The project was created for two young girls, so we bet on a birdhouse. The little house, designed by us, is over 2.5m high and, on top of the hill, stands out for its greenish nuances, next to its huge closed tunnel and access network. We also created a second little house, with a large internal environment, which will be used for study, reading, TV etc. To further harmonize the space, various hand-painted designs have been painted on the walls of the entire interior and exterior. And to add the finishing touch, an amazing floor design created with rubberized flooring Equipments • 1 little house Birdie • Climbing Grips • 1 swing • Wet pour play surface (Source: https://www.oikotie. com.br/proj-brinquedoteca) PROFESSIONAL PROJECT

The colors green, orange and red have never complemented each other so well! Floor designs such as hopscotch, genius, leaves and 3D turtle were carefully crafted and installed with our rubberized floor. In harmony with the floor, fabulous and full of design equipment is part of the playground and, certainly, are the great differentials in the fun.” Equipments: • • • •

Early Childhood development project and public square at Canal das Taxas, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Location: Goiânia, Brazil. Client: Enel Designed by: Oikotie, 2018 Role: Junior Architect Designer assistant Status: Constructed “The State Square of Palestine has been reopened with a new concept of leisure and entertainment, aimed at innovation and sustainability. The space was revitalized by ENEL in partnership with the City of Goiânia and the Goiânia Urbanization Company (Comurg). The square, just like ENEL itself (an innovative and revolutionary energy company in its technological ideas), was created with equipment made of sustainable, modern material that generates clean energy and is self-illuminated at night. To make the space totally unique and welcome ENEL to Goiás, nothing more appropriate than using the company’s colors in the playground. As a result, vibrant colors like pink, orange and blue were harmoniously scattered throughout the venue, on the multicolored rubber floor itself and even on the equipment.” PROFESSIONAL PROJECT

barracadabra Porto Alegre, Brazil
Location: Porto Alegre, Brazil. Client: Multiplan Designed by: Oikotie, 2018 Role: Playground Architect Designer Status: Constructed “The concept we have created and developed the project on was “A world I didn’t know that existed”. A magic and unknown world. Playground areas in Brazil are still in the 60’s and unfortunately people do not really care so much about or give them the importance they should. We were, and still are, struggling, as an innovative company, trying to change people’s mentality in a country where education and children’s safety are not taken seriously. When the opportunity of developing something that Brazil had never seen before came, we saw the chance to show people what a real playground could & should be: a unique space with quality, design, safety and social inclusion.” (Source: http://landezine-award. com/barracadabra-barra-shopping-sul/)
PROFESSIONAL PROJECT
“So we decided on creating a fully themed and engaging park that could unite both adults and children into a full experience, through unique elements and equipment. Thus, the special moments spent in this space would become unforgettable, awakening in each visitor the wish to come back and repeat the experience of adventure and happiness, uniting generations and children of every kind and ability (Source: http://landezine-award. com/barracadabra-barra-shopping-sul/)
