Scaenapta e Giò Ponti Principio fondamentale di SCAENAPTA nasce da un’opera di Giò Ponti: Domus Apta. Una casa composta da spazi flessibili in cui “non è più l’uomo che si adatta all’architettura, ma l’architettura che si adatta all’uomo…”. Riflessione visionaria del continuo dinamismo del nostro tempo. SCAENAPTA come sinonimo di un progetto capace di integrare il passato con il futuro tramite una struttura dinamica che, adattandosi alle esigenze, crea un tessuto flessibile dal punto di vista spazio-funzionale.

Il progetto concepito a diverse scale L’Area di progetto fa parte di un território di eccezionale interesse dove coesistono il rurale e l’urbano. Dualita’ che diviene principio generatore del progetto, con l’intenzione di mantenerne e promuoverne la forte identita’. L’intervento proposto permette di classificare le varie scale del paesaggio, partendo dalla macro-scala degli appezzamenti agricoli di terreno; passando per un’area estesa dedicata a parcheggio, progettata per rispondere a differenti programmi funzionali/usi; e per l’appropriazione dello spazio che avvolge le mura, attualmente fosso/vuoto urbano tra la muraglia storica e le varie infrastrutture esistenti, che diviene spazio agricolo e parco lineare urbano di Piacenza, assicurando la presenza e la continuita’ tra lo spazio rurale e quello urbano; e culminando nel disegno della micro-scala di aree a verde, interna alle mura, che risponde alla scala della citta’.
