CAMPERS FROM 43 STATES AND 29 COUNTRIES HAVE ATTENDED WOODWARD WEST
AERIAL AWARENESS TRAINING
All action sports campers get to participate in Woodward West’s cutting-edge program on trampoline! As action sports athletes are flipping and twisting more and more, Woodward West is ready with aerial awareness training, taught by gymnasts and trampolinists who have spent most of their lives upside down! WHO CAN COME TO WOODWARD WEST?
Life
ON THE INSIDE WESTERN CABINS
You’ll be stayin’ in comfy cabins themed after the Old West! Clean and air conditioned, there are bathrooms and showers in or adjacent to each cabin. Every cabin has a counselor in it, along with up to 14 of your new or old friends. HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Woodward West has a training room located adjacent to Hangar 18 and a live-in trainer is on duty 24/7. A resident nurse lives in our well-equipped infirmary. CAMPERS MUST BE COVERED BY THEIR OWN MEDICAL INSURANCE. HUNGRY?
The Belly Union Cafeteria serves three hot meals per day plus a salad bar, bagels, and a cereal bar—lots of options to please every palate! The Ball Park Grill offers grilled foods for lunch and dinner. Either way, we’ve got a heap ‘o good eatin’ available breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Any girl or boy who has reached 7 years of age is eligible. No previous experience is required, only interest.
LONG JUMP
WOODWARD WEST’S YOUTH CAMP
Woodward West’s Youth Camp is designed to assist younger campers—aged 7 to 9— adjust to camp life. Youth campers have special recreation activities designed for their interests and they live apart from older campers with a “mini mom” (girls) or a “mini dad” (boys). They also have an earlier bedtime (9:30 p.m.). All campers age 9 and under are required to participate in the Youth Camp; however, older friends may request to stay with them.
WE KNOW YOUR SPORT IS MORE THAN JUST A SPORT — IT’S A WAY OF LIFE AND THERE’S NO PLACE IN THE WORLD FOR ACTION SPORTS LIKE WOODWARD WEST.
CAMP STORE/CANTEEN
The canteen at Woodward West is a great place for snacks and socializing. Complete with a bowling alley and movie theatre, there’s no better place to cool down and relax. There is also a laundry service available for stayover campers and a camp store with everything you might need while at camp.

big airs, flips, and spins with confidence. Our inline program is designed to bring you face-to-face with the pros and the companies who support them. That means more pros and tons more giveaways from your favorite companies. You’ll benefit from more than two hours of daily instruction (don’t worry, you’ll rotate through all of our parks throughout the week!) in a class with inliners of your same general skill level. Then you’ll have another 9 hours each day to work on what you’ve learned, ride for fun, and skate with friends (instructors are available at each park to supervise and help you out if you want). You’ll also have the chance to compete in contests and have other fun ways to improve your skills.
