Getting to know Maddison Duncan

Maddi’s passion for Real Estate started at a young age, in 2016 she then made the decision to make her dream a reality within the Real Estate industry. She began her career in an administrative role where she gained a wealth of knowledge about processes, what to do and what not to do when it comes to giving good service to buyers and sellers, and experience with contract processing.

Maddi quickly realised that her skill set was such that she could transition into a sales role and her desire to help people, because real estate is about people – not about houses, is so strong.

Maddi began her sales career and found success quickly in to the role of a Property Sales Consultant, implementing and following all of the training she was provided to become an outstanding performer. The most important thing of all is that her clients have incredible things to say about her communication, professionalism, and ability to negotiate high prices for her sellers. Her kindness and understanding with buyers are also at a high level, keeping in contact and giving them opportunities to buy their perfect properties. Maddi is an incredibly hard worker and is willing to do whatever it takes to help her sellers and buyers move onto the next chapter of their lives. Outside of the office you will find that Maddi likes to stay active to ensure she is living a healthy life, she also likes to socialise with her friends over a nice meal or you will find her at home with her beloved partner James along with her fur babies, Silva, Jhett and the latest addition to the family, Cleo.
