Although its name suggests, being ‘Incognito’ is actually harder than it seems for this perfect little coffee stop tucked in the back streets of Plympton. Their passion for an appealing menu, a great cup of coffee and love for our four legged friends easily earns this little cutie a place at the top of our lunchtime pit stops.

With a unique start to the business, owner/operator, Brett Dowsett began his journey by perfecting (and earning the title of specialised coffee maker) through his mobile coffee carts for special events such as weddings, conferences and everything in between. As his passion grew, it was time to follow his dream and trade in the wheels for solid ground, just off Anzac Highway on Clayton Avenue to be exact!

Running late in the A.M. will not have you missing the most important meal of the day with an appealing allday breakfast menu available. Options ranging from delicious acai smoothie bowls to raw options or the mexican waffle stack, there is something for whatever your tastebuds desire!

The lunch options are just as tasty from Texan beef brisket burgers to the cous-cous salad, or take your pick from their range of vegan options. Bringing the

kids and pooch along too? Yummy options for the little ones are always available or spoil your best friend with their very own pup-a-cino and doggie bickie.

Proud to support other locals, Incognito Café use local roasters Dawn Patrol Coffee for those delightful cuppas. Environmental awareness is also top of mind for this local crew with bio-degradable cups, lids, paper straws and packaging - it’s no wonder their positive vibes are attracting a growing crowd of loyal locals.
