Sinova Property is a boutique real estate agency specialising in all facets of the residential real estate business, servicing a diverse range of clients in metropolitan Adelaide.

The Fotobase Group has worked together with Sinova Property to refresh their existing branding to be bold and powerful, whilst still keeping the logo mark that vendors know and trust.

COLOURS

The new colours for Sinova branding have been chosen for consistency across all platforms. The gold tones are made from the original gold which will create tones and colours when using shapes.

A white background is never to be used, pale gold is the lightest colour. White is only to be used as text on the black background.

Work Sans has been used due to is curves and line structure that reflect the Sinova symbol.

When having large headlines the thinner the better. Bold fonts should be used sparingly and only when paired with the light font.

SHAPES

The Sinova Property icon is made up of curves and lines that symbolise a S and P.

During the re-branding this icon has not changed. To help flow the curves throughout the branding we have included a new shape set.

Imagery must always be placed inside a shape with a large curve on it. The below shapes can be rotated 90ºC • 180ºC • 270ºC

A shape with straight edges can be used when paired with curved image. Please see signboards & brochures for reference.
