STAY IN CONTACT WITH YOUR BROKER/BANK Follow-up your broker/bank to obtain your formal finance approval (if applicable) and forward this to us once it’s received. Any delay could impact the settlement date.

ARRANGE RELEVANT INSURANCE Building and contents/ landlord insurance needs to be considered to protect your asset. If strata applies, speak to the strata corporation.

PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT The Form 1 and searches for your property purchase will be sent to you via email by your selling agent which initiates your cooling off period of 2 business days. Instructions to pay your deposit and the due date of this payment will be sent to you over email at this stage.

ORGANISING A PROPERTY MANAGER Unless you will be managing the property yourself, you will need to select a property manager. Our property management team works seamlessly with your sales agent to select a high-quality tenant for you, ready to move in as close to the settlement day as possible. COLLECTING KEYS TO THE PROPERTY The keys will be available for collection on settlement day, our friendly team will be in contact with you in advance to arrange this.
