ARRANGE RELEVANT INSURANCE Building and contents/ landlord insurance needs to be considered to protect your asset. If strata applies, speak to the strata corporation.
PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT The Form 1 and searches for your property purchase will be sent to you via email by your selling agent which initiates your cooling off period of 2 business days. Instructions to pay your deposit and the due date of this payment will be sent to you over email at this stage.
ORGANISING A PROPERTY MANAGER Unless you will be managing the property yourself, you will need to select a property manager.
