Cremorne saw an 11% growth across all apartment and townhouses this quarter 2 bedroom apartments increased by 10% and there were fewer 3 bedroom apartments offered for sale. This quarter 1 bedrooms saw the price stay very similar with a difference of $4,667 on the average selling price. However, the largest variation from last quarter were 3 bedroom apartments which saw a 19% drop in the average price for the quarter. Fewer properties were transacted in this quarter with 9 fewer properties being sold. In the first quarter (January to March), there were a total of 44 apartments/townhouses sold in Cremorne, with an average selling price of $1,079,145. When you compare it to quarter 4 of 2015, of $1,063,440, this indicates a marked increase of $15,705 or 1%. Now is a great time to sell as stock levels remain tight.
