WHEN numbers Count Overall Cremorne saw no growth in Quarter 2, 2016. There were 6 more properties listed for sale in Cremorne compared to the previous quarter. 1 and 3 bedroom apartments had small growth and 2 bedroom apartments remaining mostly the same from the previous quarter. Short supply of stock, competition from buyers and low interest rates is what is driving these prices. In the second quarter (April to June), there were a total of 50 apartments/townhouses sold in Cremorne, with an average selling price of $1,036,112. Which when you compare it to quarter 1 of 2016, which was $1,079,145. This indicates a marked decrease of $43,033.
