I was elected to the Pennsylvania- ACEP as one of the Board of Directors my PGY1 year and will be finishing up my 2-year term in a few months. It's been an amazing experience and I would recommend it to any resident! Every 4th-year medical student who is going into EM should know about this opportunity.

Recently, I was elected to EMRA (national organization) as one of their Board of Directors for a 2-year term. I would be happy to share more about EMRA (a lot of students wanting to go into EM know about them) and there are opportunities for medical students to publish and get more involved.
