Impact • 30% Budget Reduction for FSGA/HAAF/Kelley Hill • 11 Furlough Days for DA Civilians • Hiring Freeze in Effect • Released most of our Temporary/Term Employees • Some reduction in Services not related to Customer Service (ie. Custodial Service and Grounds Maintenance)

Ambulance Coverage •FSGA 24/7 Ambulances reduced from 3 to 2 •Single HAAF Ambulance no longer 24/7; backed up by FSGA and Chatham County
Soldier Health Services - Stable until JUL 13 when SRP begins at max capacity for re-deployment
Outpatient Primary Care (Winn, Tuttle, Richmond Hill) •5-10% less appts available •100 off-post referrals/month
