Bench Press: Contestants will be placed into one of the eleven different weight classes & must complete a successful attempt in the bench press to qualify for an award. Each competitor will attempt three lifts. The highest overall weight lifted will determine the winner in each class. Power lifting: Contestants will be placed into one of the eleven different weight classes & must complete a successful attempt in all three lifts (bench press, squat, and dead lift) to qualify for an award. Each competitor will be given three lifts per event, for a total of nine lifts. To determine the final place of the competitor, the top three lifts will be combined for a total weight lifted. Awards will be presented to the top lifters using the Schwartz-Malone Power Lifting formula.

Payment and registration must be turned in into Newman Fitness Center. We accept cash, check and Money order. No credit cards accepted. Please do not send money through the mail.
