WAYLON JENNINGS THE LOST NASHVILLE SESSIONS!

An impressionable country music singer, who became a Grammy recipient early in his career (for "MacArthur Park") and forged his name as an iconic figure in American music history, Waylon Jennings was a member of the "Outlaw Country" music movement and genre. He shared the billing with renowned, award-winning recording artists such as Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and Kris Kristofferson. THE LOST NASHVILLE SESSIONS showcases Jennings' stout talents as a young and promising recording artist (spotlighting the number one hit "Only Daddy That'll Walk The Line") and highlights a piece of music history that may have easily been lost and forgotten.

FIRST PERFORMERS ANNOUNCED FOR "THE 50TH ANNUAL CMA AWARDS" AIRING WEDNESDAY, NOV. 2 ON THE ABC TELEVISION NETWORK Canada Country Aircheck will be there bringing all the news from the awards.

I had the pleasure of working with Waylon on one of his last tours. I brought him and Jessie to art centers in Ontario where he performed "Waylon Jennings The One Man Show" It was a great show with just Waylon and Jessie on stage talking about the songs and the stories that went with them. The funny thing was each night Waylon wouldn't get off the bus until I paid him in Cash. That tour I was scared as I was walking around with close to $50,000 USD in cash in my pocket. He was a gentleman once he got paid each night. He wanted cash because he had been burnt so many times in his career.

The biggest celebration in Country Music is bringing together the biggest names in Country Music with the first announcement of performers for "The 50th Annual CMA Awards." "The 50th Annual CMA Awards" will be hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood and broadcast live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Wednesday, Nov. 2 (8:0011:00 PM/ET) on the ABC Television Network.
