Forward-Looking Statements This presentation includes “Forward-Looking Statements” as that term is used in applicable securities law. Forward-Looking Statements include, but are not limited to, statements regarding potential mineralization and resources, success of exploration results, environmental risks, title disputes or claims, litigation liabilities, and future plans and objectives of Hemlo Explorers Inc. (the “Company”), that involve various risks and uncertainties. In certain cases, Forward-Looking Statements can be identified by the use of words such as "plans", "expects“ or "does not expect", “is expected”, “intends”, “budget”, “forecasts” “scheduled”, “believes”, or variations of such words and phrases or statements that certain actions, events or results “potentially”, “may”, “could”, “would”, “might”, “occur” or “be achieved”, or “will be taken”. There can be no assurance that such statements will prove to be accurate, and actual results could differ materially from those expressed or implied by such statements. Forward-Looking Statements are based on certain opinions, assumptions and estimates that management believes are reasonable at the time they are made. Important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from the Company's expectations include, among others, risks related to the ability of the Company to obtain necessary financing and adequate insurance; the economy generally; fluctuations in the currency markets; fluctuations in the spot and forward price of gold or certain other commodities; changes in interest rates; disruption to the credit markets and delays in obtaining financing; the possibility of cost overruns or unanticipated expenses; employee relations. Accordingly, readers are advised not to place undue reliance on ForwardLooking Statements. Except as required under applicable securities legislation, the Company undertakes no obligation to publicly update or revise Forward-Looking Statements, whether as a result of new information, future events or otherwise.

Armand Lake Volcanic Complex (ALVC) THE UNDEREXPLORED ALVC • Focus of historic exploration given its strong potential to host “Hemlo”-style deposit – geological setting resembles Hemlo Deposit’s Moose Lake Volcanic Complex (MLVC)
• 8.2 km strike length of volcanic-sediment-assemblage containing competent felsic porphyry up to 260 m true width, variably altered and folded
1962-1967 drilling AX241-2 0.76 g/t Au over 2.5m W-1 2.8 g/t Au/2.13m, 45 g/t Ag, 2.9% Cu, 2.12% Zn Three Au intercepts within and near felsic volcanic F195-6 760 ppb Au/2m, 622 ppb Au/2m, 396 ppb/4m
300 m fault/shear zone with gold from five drillholes intercepts F195-2 37g/t Au/1m F195-4 3.9 g/t Au / 3m
MDI: trench, felsic unit / IF 2.95 g/t Au, 0.54% Zn
• Historic drilling was widely-spaced and shallow (<250 m), yet still returned gold occurrences within and near contacts of ALVC unit • Contact areas of ALVC provide over 25 km of prospective exploration potential

Pic Project – Beggs Lake BEGGS INTRUSIVE & SMOKE LAKE GOLD SYSTEM Target: 3 km long x 1 km wide intrusive (Beggs Intrusive) with north / northwest / northeast trending structures and associate quartz veining + later intrusives. Anomalous to high grade gold have been returned in quartz vein grab samples ranging from <10 ppb up to 109 g/t Au proximal to the Beggs intrusive boundary and internal through-going structures. Beggs Intrusive boundaries and internal dykes with intersecting fault / shears are of particular interest. Fault / shears that trend out of Beggs Intrusive south toward Smoke Lake have returned gold bearing quartz veins in mafic volcanics. Drillhole BR2018-002 returned 133.2 g/t Au over 2.0 metres as an example of a higher grade intercept. Deposit Style: Intrusive Related Gold System (IRGS). Current Activities: prospect anomalous gold areas within and at Beggs Intrusive boundaries for evidence of fault / shears, dyke presence, veining, alteration and mineralization. In parallel, complete a compilation of diamond drill, soil and litho sample data at Beggs and Smoke Lake for evaluation of structural / alteration / gold mineralization and trace element trends.
Future Exploration: follow-up areas of interest with overburden stripping, washing, mapping, and sampling in preparation for diamond drilling.

Pic Project PAGE LAKE Target: felsic-mafic metavolcanics contact setting that hosts the Kurt Kuhner gold-zinc occurrence for potential massive sulphide deposition and intrusive / structure related gold mineralization. Kerr Addison drilled the occurrence in 1971 with best drillhole returning 2.7 g/t Au and 1.16% Zn over 5.5 metres.
Deposit Style: felsic / mafic volcanic massive sulphide and intrusive & structural related gold mineralization Current Activities: Complete a compilation of diamond drill and litho sample data. Future Exploration: Contemplate an airborne VTEM survey to identify areas of conductivity / resistivity for sulphide and gold-sulphide deposits.
