Luke and Nikki Hobbs of Hobbs Building and Interiors are set to swing open the french doors of their new selections Showroom, while educating the local community on the importance of water filtration.

“As Scenic Rim residents, many of us heavily rely on tank and creek water to sustain our homes, and more often than not aren’t prioritising filtration,” Interior Designer Nikki Hobbs said.

“Visit our new Showroom while learning from our team of trusted experts in this field,” she said.

The award winning custom build firm specialise in residential and commercial projects with an interest in eco-friendly, steel and timber frame new homes often fully offgrid or situated on difficult sloping sites.

The team have constructed a modest office space showcasing innovative exterior and interior cladding products, paint colours, tapware, flooring and tile samples.

“The vision for the Showroom was to create a welcoming space for our clients to feel inspired, excited and supported from the onset of their build experience with Hobbs,” says Nikki.

“My interior selections for this space includes imports from Morocco and Bali while combing a country-style aesthetic with ornate cabinetry, hardware and stone feature walls.”

“The goal was to minimise time spent driving with clients to various CBD appointments, and combine my favourite wares in one room to give our clients the opportunity to see, touch and feel from the comfort of our Showroom; ,” says Nikki.

Nikki’s passion for client-focused selections support has recently evolved into a second business; offering in-home styling consultations to assist homeowners renew and re-style individual rooms or complete houses.

This exclusive service is set to provide clients with styling solutions whereby Nikki specifies materials, proposes colour

schemes, furniture layouts and can recommend local trades and suppliers, including a new collaboration with Canungra-based homewares boutique, My Country Escape.

Post consultation, clients are provided with notes designed to guide action, with further assistance available including electronic mood boards, floor plans, and complete project management of trades.
