AREA SCONES , TEA AND COFFEE were very helpfully served up by RGU OT Students and everyone had an informal chat to introduce themselves and describe a favourite memory. At this meeting we updated the Tenants on the timescale for the installation of the GAZEEBO in the Internal courtyard. Building Services of ACC will be constructing the Gazeebo at the start of April. This will aim to encourage tenants to socialise and get out more and enjoy the garden area There were 16 tenants at the meeting with various organisations including the DYCE GARDENING CLUB who will be restarting their work at Berrymoss in the coming months starting with bulb planting
9 RGU OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY STUDENTS have agreed a programme of engagement with the Tenants to carry out an ACCESS AUDIT This meeting was held as part of a series of meetings in 2015 which looked to consult and engage with Tenants on improving their Health and Wellbeing
As part of the project AFC COMMUNITY TRUST have been delivering physical activity at Berrymoss Court over the last few months. The projects have been a success with over 15 + residents enjoying the interaction and physical activity. partners will be looking at ways of continuing the programme work after this is complete.
