Here’s a look at what’s happening this spring.
Progress Update for members who bank with SEFCU
In the spring, we will begin introducing the new brand at our branch locations and online places – there is nothing you need to do.
You’ll begin seeing cosmetic changes as SEFCU branches transition to Broadview. Signage with the new name, logo, and Broadview blue color theme will be installed at locations from Albany to Buffalo.
The website will display the Broadview logo and feature a clean look with easy navigation. Log in to your account, just as you always have.
Do you also bank with CAP COM? Watch your mailbox for an additional Progress Update. A phased integration of financial services for all members is scheduled to be completed within the next 12 months.

Keep banking as usual with the SAME:
• Great financial services, branches, hours, and familiar faces
• Basic transactions at any CAP COM division branch
• Online banking and mobile banking app with new Broadview logo
• Phone numbers
You’ll start noticing the SEFCU division:
• Branch signs changing to Broadview
• Website will have a new look and address at www.broadviewfcu.com
• Social media pages transition to Broadview
• Digital banking logo will change to Broadview while the functions stay the same!
• Emails will start coming from Broadview Federal Credit Union
Keep using your SEFCU:
• Debit cards – for purchases and cash
• Credit cards – for purchases and advances
• Paper checks – same routing number
Accounts, teams, and how you submit payments are the same.
• SEFCU Wealth Management and CAP COM Financial Services are now Broadview Wealth Management
• SEFCU Mortgage Services is part of Broadview now and will be renamed Homeowners Advantage in the future
• SEFCU Insurance Agency is becoming Broadview Insurance Agency
