The Phoenix is a salad / sandwich prep counter available in 3 case lengths to suit your requirements. Designed to offer a constant temperature throughout the cabinet the Phoenix also utilises direct cooling of the pan rack. Ease of use is paramount with easy grab handles, self closing doors with a stay open feature and adjustable internal shelves. All Phoenix models come with castors, pans and cutting board as standard.
