SURVEY RESULTS

New Orleans-area employees value certain workplace qualities more or less compared with workers in other parts in the country. The following importance statements from the 2020 Energage survey of Top Workplaces are listed in the order of greatest difference between New Orleans employees’ positivity rating and the U.S. average. For example, almost threequarters of respondents in the New Orleans survey said they do things efficiently and well at their organization. That’s nearly one percentage point higher than respondents across the U.S.
