1ST QUARTER MANAGER’S MINUTE

Dear Stormy Point Village Owners,

Your Stormy Point Village HOA team is excited to serve you this winter at your home away from home! Whether you’ve already visited or have plans to arrive, keep things cool with tons of entertainment and activities at your service!

While 2022 was a hectic year, we were excited to see so many of our owner’s vacation back to Stormy Point Village! 2023 will be even busier as we have many fun and exciting events, such as enhanced entertainment on the freshly stained concrete patio, a newly heated pool at pirate’s harbor, and more new furniture for the cottages arriving! You will also notice that starting in February, we will have the much-needed repair work completed on the archways and gables of many cottages; this repair work not only adds to the safety of the resort but also enhances the beautification of the property as well! Our teams are working hard in each unit to complete a preventative maintenance process, and deep cleans on all cottages!

There will be tons of fun and change for the good in store for this 2023 year, and I can’t wait for all of you to see it through! Be sure to vacation with us this year at your home away from home!
