With the rapid increase and demand for diagnostics and calibration requirements within the automotive industry, ADAS Solutions are thrilled to announce the

opening of their newest repair facility now open in Thebarton, South Australia. Our systems enable us to calibrate Camera, RADAR, LIDAR, multifunction LED Headlights as well as coding and programming of most new ADAS components. In addition to equipment and software used within the business, ADAS Solutions Australia now offers an extensive range of

OE software from Toyota, Mercedes Benz and Ford alongside recognised brands such as Autel, Hella, TEXA and MAHA. A strict process is followed for every calibration carried out by highly trained and skilled technicians guaranteeing every vehicle is diagnosed and calibrated to the highest standard possible.

Our Calibration Process

Pre Scan

All vehicles undergo a complete diagnostic scan prior to any calibrations. This scan identifies any existing or nonrelated fault codes

Alignment

If required, the vehicle then has a full 4-wheel alignment check. The equipment used can also identify any chassis misalignment.

Calibrate

Once satisfied the vehicle is aligned, the calibration process can be undertaken. Multiple radars, lidars and cameras may require calibration.

Post Scan

An initial post calibration scan is conducted.

Road Test

The vehicle is road tested to check for nonconformity and to ensure ADAS systems are operational.

Final Scan

Upon return to site the vehicle then has a final diagnostic check to ensure no fault codes have activated during road test.

Report ort is supplied for each vehicle along with a certificate of calibration.

DUSTING A PROBLEM? INSERT HERE

Dusting can cause havoc for some Toyota LandCruisers, which is why we’ve developed the Terrain Tamer Air Filter Insert Kit.

The original design of the upper filter housing of some LandCruiser models features a seal surface which is too narrow to match the seal of the filter itself. As a result, the filter does not properly seal, allowing dust to pass through the airbox and enter the engine intake.

To combat this problem, we’ve developed our Design Protected range of filter inserts, which when fitted, create a surface area to perfectly match the filter, aligning in the correct position to seal effectively and deliver a premium result.The kit includes the insert, filter and sealant and carries the Terrain Tamer signature. What causes modular hoses to fail?

Plastic Connectors - Plastic connectors become brittle due to high heat and will crack from engine vibration and hose repositioning during routine maintenance.

Tough Conditions - As with traditional coolant hoses, exposure to constant changes in heating and cooling under the hood causes the rubber to deteriorate.

Quick Connectors - Quick connectors tend to get damaged when hoses are removed for general cooling system maintenance.

Complex Internal Components - In addition, a lot of modular hoses have sensors, flow restrictors and directional valves inside them that can get damaged. The modules within the hoses are critical to the proper operation of the cooling system.
