opening of their newest repair facility now open in Thebarton, South Australia. Our systems enable us to calibrate Camera, RADAR, LIDAR, multifunction LED Headlights as well as coding and programming of most new ADAS components. In addition to equipment and software used within the business, ADAS Solutions Australia now offers an extensive range of

OE software from Toyota, Mercedes Benz and Ford alongside recognised brands such as Autel, Hella, TEXA and MAHA. A strict process is followed for every calibration carried out by highly trained and skilled technicians guaranteeing every vehicle is diagnosed and calibrated to the highest standard possible.

Our Calibration Process

Pre Scan

All vehicles undergo a complete diagnostic scan prior to any calibrations. This scan identifies any existing or nonrelated fault codes

Alignment

If required, the vehicle then has a full 4-wheel alignment check. The equipment used can also identify any chassis misalignment.

Calibrate

Once satisfied the vehicle is aligned, the calibration process can be undertaken. Multiple radars, lidars and cameras may require calibration.

Post Scan

An initial post calibration scan is conducted.

Road Test

The vehicle is road tested to check for nonconformity and to ensure ADAS systems are operational.

Final Scan

Upon return to site the vehicle then has a final diagnostic check to ensure no fault codes have activated during road test.

Report ort is supplied for each vehicle along with a certificate of calibration.
