This structure is located at 101 E Sheridan which is at the heart of Bricktown in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This 82,000 square foot structure is a city staple and was once the pride of Bricktown. It was built in 1910 as a furniture factory until the first floor functioned for The Spaghetti Warehouse restaurant for 27 years. Now, this structure will serve as a gathering spot for locals and tourists with its boutique hotel, eatery, gallery and exhibition space.

Concept Design

The design is for a new boutique hotel. This hotel will be a renovated adaptive reuse building in Bricktow p p p he characteristics of Oklahoma by incorporating decoration, art, and materials that are rich in the qualities of the surrounding culture. The goal is to create a functional and open space that influences a relaxing and sociable atmosphere and allows guests to gain an understanding of the culture and history of Oklahoma through the art, décor, materials, and other aspects that are incorporated into the design The design will use organic aspects such as natural lighting, a cool color palate, and natural materials throughout the space while still maintaining an environment that will best suit the occupants’ needs for a sophisticated yet unique atmosphere
