LGU-Claver acquires additional COVID-19 vaccines The first batch of PfizerBioNtech vaccines was finally delivered by the Department of Health to the local government unit (LGU) of Claver and was personally received by Mayor Georgia D. Gokiangkee on August 7. This, after the LGU has put in place the newly acquired ultra-low temperature freezer ideal for handling Pfizer vaccines. A total of 1,170 doses are made available which will be dispensed sooner by the LGU through its local health office. “These vaccines will be administered to 585 recipients that comprises priority groups A1 to A5,”

So, please get a jab now!” urged mayor Gokiangkee. Present also during the turn-over of vaccines are Meriam O. Ceredon, Pharmacist II of the PDOHO- SDN; Lyn Ivonnie De Chavez of the DOHDoongan warehouse; other representatives from DOH Caraga and FDA; and Hazel Jean M.
