PNP Caraga initiates wedding ceremony of former rebels BUTUAN CITY -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) in Caraga initiated the wedding ceremony of former New Peoples Army (NPA) rebels at the St. Ignatius de Loyola Chapel of PNP Caraga headquarters early morning Sunday. The couple tied the knot in a ceremony officiated by the Regional Pastoral Officer, PCInsp. Mark Virgil J. Ibardolaza in the presence of PNP Caraga Regional Director PCSupt. Gilberto DC Cruz, members of the regional staff and other police personnel. The newlywed were former members of the Guerilla Front 21, Northeastern Mindanao Regional Committee and surrendered to Regional Intelligence Division last July 27, 2018.
