This is in line with the said organizations’ pledge to conduct at least one golf tournament with WHGC every year for 2020 to 2022.

Accordingly, tasking and designation of responsible personnel will be shared with the organizations involved. The host gold club will facilitate the registration before and during the tournament, including the scoring, and in tee-off times. In addition, WHGC will be designating the marshals for the duration of the event.

Partner organizations are tasked with assigning a rules committee that shall organize the rules of the play. Streamers and other advertising paraphernalia will likewise be produced, with the approval of WHGC Golf Operation Ben Ramos and Andy Bartolome. The RCB and/or ACE are given the authority to determine the placement and distance of the pins, as well as the personnel who will serve as the hole-inone witness during the tournament but with the supervision of the WHGC golf operation personnel.

WHGC has offered to produce other equipment needed for the tournament, such as fore caddies and hole markers, and ten units of golf carts, as well as two marshals and additional personnel for the participants’ accommodation and partner organizations are tasked to cover the expenses.
