BUTUAN CITY - The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga has completed the distribution of the emergency cash subsidy under the Social Amelioration Programs (SAP) first tranche. All 73 cities and municipalities in the region have accomplished 100 percent of their total targets for the Emergency Subsidy Program (ESP).
