It’s hard to believe we wrote a year ago about the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Ukrainian people have shown immense bravery and resilience. Let’s hope a peace agreement will be made soon so Ukrainian people can have stability once more.

Time really does seems to be doing it's rounds in schools in Cardiff, our daughter s primary school, but luckily, we is seriously ill with the virus. Thank goodness have received vaccinations.

Last month marked the awareness of Endometriosis. Sufferers can experience a debilita�ng pain that can take up to 10 years to be diagnosed. Urgent a�en�on is needed as many women are suffering in silence for far too long. More informa�on can be found on page 39.
October is always a quiet month for us in terms celebrations or just going out in general. This we are starting to think about the chaos and non is the month of December and mentally preparing certain celebration, or it could just be we haven go anywhere!
