ThepurposeofTitanTakeover:JobShadow programistoprovideYOUwithanopportunityto exploreanareayouareinterestedtoworkin, explorevariouscareerpaths,andgainfirst-hand insightintotheculture,structure,anddaily operationsofagivenorganization.
WhatIsaJobShadow?
Ajobshadowisauniqueexperiencewhereyouwill yourhostdoesintheirjob. Someopportunitiesincludepresentationsfrom managersandfront-lineworkers,othersinclude physicallyfollowingyourhostastheyattend meetingsandperformotherworktaskstheydoina day.
Whatisexpectedofmeduringtheshadow?
Beingplacedwithajobshadowhostisaprivilege, andyouwillneedtofullycommittotheexperience. Thiswillinvolve:
