This resource equips students with tools and search engines for finding scholarship opportunities at Cornell and beyond. Free Scholarship Search Engines Scholarship Resources Outside Cornell: http://www.finaid.cornell.edu/types-aid/grants-and-scholarships/ outside-scholarships FinAid.org: A comprehensive source of student financial aid information, advice and tools. CollegeBoard.com: Offers an online scholarship programs search. Results customized upon completion of a profile. Convenient as it is tied to SAT and AP registration, so students most likely have a partial profile completed. https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/scholarship-search Scholarships.com: One of the most widely-used free college scholarship search and financial aid information resources, Scholarship Search allows you to search more than 2.7 million college scholarships and grants worth more than $19 billion. FastWeb.com: Offers scholarships for all students of all ages. In addition to scholarships, information on financial aid, jobs and internships, student life and more available. CollegeNet.com: A social networking forum which distributes weekly scholarships totaling up to $10,000 based on points earned through a unique voting process. Academic Year Opportunities Cornell Affiliated Programs & Grants: http://as.cornell.edu/job-and-internship-search-process Public Service Center Scholars: As Scholars, students are provided with support, faculty mentorship, and funding resources, as well as access to various leadership development and skill based training. https://psc.cornell.edu/students/student-programs/leadership-programs/public-service-center-scholars Hatfield Award: Up to $1,000.00 awarded to an undergraduate, graduate student, or faculty member with a demonstrated interest in studying ethical considerations in business. http://philosophy.cornell.edu/epl-awards Hunter R. Rawlings III Cornell Presidential Research Scholars (RCPRS): Students admitted as freshman have access to up to $8,000 to support research and related activities as long as they are full-time enrolled undergraduates at Cornell. Upperclass-admitted students have access to $5,000. Students who plan and budget well can receive wages, purchase necessary supplies, receive a living expense grant for at least one summer of research, as well as attend at least one conference. https://commitment.cornell.edu/rawlings-research-scholars Cornell Tradition: Recognizes and rewards outstanding undergraduates who demonstrate significant work experience, a commitment to campus and/or community service, and academic achievement. summer internship; 2) living expenses for a service/leadership experience during winter and/or spring break; and 3) service or leadership projects during the academic year. http://commitment.cornell.edu/tradition Meinig Family Scholars: Freshmen are selected for the program during the regular Cornell admissions process based on their academic excellence as well as their demonstrated leadership activities in the school, local, and state/regional communities. https://commitment.cornell.edu/meinig-scholars HEAA Student Grants: Grants awarded to for students in furthering the three objectives of the College: research, teaching, and outreach. Matriculating scholars receive a $300 book award each term during the freshman year. Later, scholars may apply for a grant (up to $2,500) for summer research or some other worthy project undertaken between the junior and senior years. http://as.cornell.edu/tanner_deans_scholars Summer Opportunities Funding Caplan Travel Fellowships: $4,000 for summer travel to Europe or the Near East.
