What is HIT?  High intensity interval training is an “exercise strategy that is

intended to improve performance with short training sessions.”

HIT is often utilized to increase fat burn and caloric expenditure in a shorter period of time.

 HIT is structured to alternate periods of intense activity with planned

rest periods.
