We wanted a uniform supplier for all the Akidamy team – from the chef, cleaner, administrators, teachers, and educators, we wanted something unique, smart, and professional. Of equal importance is that they took their time to understand our brand and the demographic of the families we serve, and they listened to our staff’s feedback around comfort and the practicality of wearing certain pieces. When we noticed our uniforms needed a “refresh” two years after opening, we were very impressed that upon reaching out to them, Caro Crew were able to update our existing uniforms and introduce new pieces and clever “pops of colour” to re-energise the visuals from our staff’s appearance.
