Loubiere to Bagatelle Road and Bridge Rehabilitation This project will upgrade 11 km of the primary link between the capital city, Roseau and the southern communities of Bellevue Chopin, Pichelin, and Grand Bay. The project will improve efficiency, climate resilience, accessibility and road safety along the project route and improve accessibility and connectivity to the capital city.
