Millennium Highway and West Coast Road Upgrade This project will rehabilitate and upgrade key road infrastructure linking the capital city, Castries, in the north to Soufriere in the South, reducing overall travel time and improving safety, all-weather accessibility and climate resilience of the road network, and improving accessibility for persons with disabilities.

82,400 residents will benefit from shorter travel times between the capital city and communities in the south of the island, increased resilience against hurricanes, and reduced risk of flooding and landslides along the project route.
