Millennium Highway and West Coast Road Upgrade This project will rehabilitate and upgrade key road infrastructure linking the capital city, Castries, in the north to Soufriere in the South, reducing overall travel time and improving safety, all-weather accessibility and climate resilience of the road network, and improving accessibility for persons with disabilities.
