Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams GCMG, KGN, KStJ, GCFO, MBBS (UWI) Dear Members of the Masonic Fraternity: To the executive and members of the Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 E.C, I extend heartiest congratulations on your selection as host of the first of the 2015 District Communications which is scheduled to be held over the three day period of April 24 - 26, 2015. This clearly speaks to the confidence which your fellow lodges have in your ability to not only plan for, but provide an environment conducive to the meaningful conduct of the business of the organization. This confidence is no doubt related to the fact that your organization has been able to weather the storms; surmount the challenges and maintain a strong cohesive bond since the granting of your warrant by the United Grand Lodge of England over 113 years ago. This is no small attainment and it is certainly an achievement of which you can all be proud. To the leaders of the District Grand Lodge for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean which has administrative responsibility for lodges from St. Thomas in the north to Grenada in the South I encourage you all to take your roles and responsibilities seriously and lead the charge in making a dierence in the lives of your member bodies and individual members themselves. Our various island states are experiencing trying times but I am confident that if we have strong families and strong social organizations with strong values, we will have strong communities and by extension strong nations. As Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda, I am pleased to extend a warm welcome to all visiting our shores for the 319th District Communication. To all participating members, please accept my best wishes for successful deliberations and a productive conference.
His Excellency Sir Rodney Williams Governor General of Antigua and Barbuda

CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE Prime Minister of Antigua & Barbuda Hon. Gaston Browne I join in congratulating the Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 E.C.—now more than 100 years old—for hosting the District Communications of the District Grand Lodge, during the period April 24 to 26, 2015, right here in Antigua. As Prime Minister, I welcome you to Antigua and Barbuda and pray that your deliberations will be fruitful. Your rich and enduring history assures that you will have a pleasant yet constructive undertaking, during the days of your deliberations. Lodges remain a source of camaraderie and social networking. Several very important personages in the history of Antigua and Barbuda were members of the Caribbee Lodge. That recollection would also be true of Lodges in the island-countries, from St. Thomas in the North to Grenada in the South. Today, the Lodge continues to bring significant leadership to the fore. It nurtures long-lasting friendships and trust among members. I applaud the District Grand Lodge for your stamina and worth. Under these circumstances, the members who have come from abroad will surely take the opportunity to share in the delights of Antigua and Barbuda, both its history and culture, while paying close attention to the business that has brought them to our shores. May I encourage you to continue the very useful and significant contributions that the regional and national Lodges have engineered, over 100 continuous years. Best wishes in your deliberations.
Hon. Gaston Browne Prime Minister of Antigua & Barbuda

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE MASONIC LODGE Minister of Tourism, Economic Development, Investment and Energy Honourable Asot Michael It pleases me, as Minister of Tourism, to welcome to Antigua and Barbuda, during the April 24 to 26 2015 period, the distinguished members of the District Grand Lodge for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. The people and Government of Antigua and Barbuda enjoy knowing that you have selected Antigua, and that you are to be hosted by Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 E.C. Fraternal Masonic organizations have been the bedrock of several important institutions created in the English-speaking Caribbean. They were the source of leadership for guilds, trade unions and political parties which formed the basis of a new Caribbean civilization. Many of the skilled and well-trained cadre of leaders that emerged in the 1920s and 1930s had their roots in Lodge membership.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS On behalf of the Worshipful Master, OďŹƒcer, Brethren of Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 EC, as well as the members of the planning Committee of the 319 the District Communication we extend gratitude and appreciation to all those who have supported and contributed to our endeavour in hosting this Communication. Special thanks are extended to the Hadeed Group of Companies, Addison Workman Engineers, Food Brokerage Services, First Domestic Insurance Company, PKF Chartered Accountants & business advisors, and Susie’ Hot Sauce for their generous sponsorship and support.
In these rather trying and challenging times, the Masonic Lodges in the Caribbean continue to provide leadership. However, the spread of involvement has reached a plethora of industries and non-government organizations, pledged to forge a superior civilization. Antigua and Barbuda likes to think that Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 E.C. is at the pinnacle, contributing leaders in virtually every field of endeavour. May your District Communications go very well, and may the results prove beneficial to the region and to the worldwide movement of Lodges. Congratulations!
Honourable Asot Michael Minister of Tourism, Economic Development, Investment and Energy

MESSAGE FROM THE DISTRICT GRAND MASTER District Grand Lodge of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean Under the United Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons of England Brian Douglas Parsons, Baron of Ormiston When the Caribbee Lodge was Consecrated in 1900, St. John’s Lodge 492 had been working in Antigua for nearly sixty years. There must have been some problem for a faction to decide to break away and form a new Lodge, because St. John’s refused to be the sponsor. It was St. Michael’s 2253 who eventually were the sponsors of a petition to the United Grand Lodge of England. Yet harmony must have been quickly restored because the Presiding Officer for the Consecration was W Bro Regan Higgins, the senior Past Master of St. John’s. Forty four Brethren were present and forty three of them were, or had been, members of St. John’s. I did not know until recently that Caribbee sponsored the formation of St. George’s Lodge 3421 in Dominica in 1910, and made Masons of several residents of Montserrat, which led to the formation of St. Anthony Lodge 4684 there in 1925. Caribbee has continued to move forward in Antigua, and in the District, under the leadership of many good Masters, and it plays a part in the development of the society of Antigua and Barbados. I attended the Installation Meeting on the 4th December last, and was pleased to see that Ladies were included at the After Proceedings. Masonry must support the Family. This is the third Communication hosted by Caribbee during my watch and I know that this one will be as equally enjoyable and successful as the previous two. The W M, Hordley Forbes, went from J W to Master with aplomb end ease. He is well supported by his Officers, all of whom have contributed in the organization of this weekend’s events, to which I sincerely welcome all of you.

to facilitate Brethren who had to travel to neighbouring islands to find Lodges to attend. Out of this situation was born the opportunity for Caribbee to be instrumental in the formation of St. Anthony’s Lodge No. 4684 in Montserrat and St. George’s Lodge No. 3421 in Dominica. The coming of the 1950’s witnessed a change in the administration of the Lodges in the area in that during the years 1953 to 1961 a number of distinguished Brethren were appointed to the post of Grand Inspector of the Leeward Islands Group of Lodges. The last of these was Wor. Bro. William Keithley Heath OGR who took up office on 1st April, 1961. Unfortunately in this period also the Lodge suffered some difficulties with erratic attendance especially in the summer months when many of the Masons and their families vacationed overseas. In fact on a number of occasions planned regular meetings had to be cancelled because of insufficient members being present. During this period Caribbee Lodge continued with its charitable works and may even be said to have expanded them. We made annual donations to four UK based Masonic Charities as well as to The Antigua Masonic Scholarship Fund. In addition to these we responded to many community calls and other local areas where financial assistance was needed. At the April meeting of 1950 the Lodge voted to establish a Jubilee Fund to which every member was asked to contribute and this would go towards the planning of Golden Jubilee Celebrations. The Celebrations took the form of a meeting commencing at 5:00 pm, called off for Divine Service and St. John’s Cathedral at 6:30 pm and then called on at 8:15 pm. Following was the Reception of visitors, Reading of the Consecration Minutes, a Historical Sketch, Fraternal Greetings, Closing the Lodge, the Closing Ode and Collection for Charity. Invitations had been sent to St. Michael’s Lodge in Barbados, St. Anthony’s Lodge in Montserrat and Mount Olive Lodge in St. Kitts. A total of 45 Masons attended the Celebrations. In the fifties Caribbee Lodge held its meetings in the Masonic Hall on Nevis Street which was owned by St. John’s Lodge with shared up-keep expenses and improvements such as toilet facilities added in 1949. The building and furnishing were badly damaged by hurricane in 1950 and Caribbee asked that the repairs be completed in time for Jubilee Celebrations at Caribbee’s expense. By 1957 it was suggested that a new Temple be built and after the sale of the Nevis Street property in 1960 meetings were held on the upper floor of Torry’s Store at St. Mary’s and Market Streets and also at the Bishop Mather’s School Room on East Street. On 2nd February, 1961

Caribbee Lodge moved into the New Masonic Temple on St. John’s Street using the ground floor only.
319th District Communications Lodge Committee As the years passed the relatively young Caribbee Lodge continued to grow in stature and improved its financial base so that its charitable involvement was expanded to provide medical needs including eye treatment and prosthetic fittings, relief to fire victims, pensions to the widow of a Tyler and gifts to the Antigua Red Cross. These were all added without reducing our commitments to the other Masonic Charities to which we contributed on an annual basis. The Lodge also continued to attract, develop and nurture members of great character who were recognised on the global scene bringing honour to Caribbee. One such Brother is V. Wor. Bro. the Most Rev. Orland Lindsay, DD, PAGChap. Archbishop of the West Indies, who with the approval of the Grand Master, HRH the Duke of Kent preached the Sermon on the 24th June, 1992 at the Service marking the 25th Anniversary of the United Grand Lodge of England in St. Paul’s Cathedral, London, England. As far as Administration, Affiliation and identification were concerned it may be reported that Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 became a part of the New District of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean in 1983. It was very ably administered by Rt. Wor. Bro. Dr. W. E. Cooper DGM. Following this it was decided that we should have our own identifying Banner. After about two years of discussion the Banner was obtained and first appeared in the Temple on 3rd September, 1987. And so at this time we are very pleased to say that Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 has survived the opposition to its birth, weathered the difficulties of its Consecration, overcome the challenges of time and change it has met along the way and stands today a Lodge of honourable and honoured Masons who are willing and able with the sustaining power of the Great Architect of the Universe to continue on the Masonic path into the unknown of the future drawing men of maturity and worth into our ranks and making them Masons of dedication and honour. Let us continue to build on that great legacy left to us by those who have gone before.

WELCOME FROM THE CHAIRMAN W Bro. Dr Sir Carl B Roberts, PDSGW
It is an honour to welcome each of you once again to the beautiful islands of Antigua and Barbuda. As Chairman of the Lodge Committee which has been granted the privilege of ensuring the enjoyment of your stay in the country, I extend the hand of friendship and draw your attention to the many events we have organised for you. The Welcome Sub-Committee will ensure your smooth transition through the airport and to the Jolly Beach Hotel where you will be staying. Although the Hotel’s Conference Centre will be the main venue for all the masonic meetings, we have ensured that your experience of the island extends beyond this. The Welcome Cocktail on Friday evening will be at the Dow’s Hill Interpretation Centre and offers a spectacular view of our Nelson’s Dockyard and Shirley Height sceneries. There is a golf match on the 23rd for those of us who enjoy the game. We have also ensured that satisfaction of those of us not engaged in the masonic meetings will not be overlooked. A specially organised tour of the island’s historic sites has been planned for Saturday morning. This will culminate in a short period of shopping in St. John’s before returning to the Hotel. Your happiness is being ardently promoted by the involvement of the many members of the various Sub-Committees, including Transportation, Accommodation, Logistics and Protocol (just to name a few) and I am indeed grateful for their full and committed support. As we engage in the business of the weekend let us also enjoy the friendship, fraternal and otherwise, that at all times prevails around our lodges. My heartfelt thanks to each of you for accepting our invitation and may we all enjoy this time together and leave with fond memories of the occasion.

This opening statement would tend to give the impression that this event was a naturally occurring one that moved smoothly from start to finish, but this was not the case. To this day, no one can say with full conviction why Caribbee Lodge was started but it is believed by some that the members of St. John’s Lodge of that time felt that the political agitation and polarity that existed between the years 1898 and 1900 could eventually disturb the harmony of the Lodge and so the idea to form a new Lodge was born. Because of the polarity that was a reality, St. John’s Lodge refused to sponsor the formation. Following this refusal, St. Michael’s Lodge No. 2253 meeting at Belleville, St.Michael, Barbados was approached and on 7th July, 1900 they agreed to sponsor the Petition to Grand Lodge dated 26th June, 1900 and signed by the Worshipful Master of St. John’s Lodge, five of its Past Masters, one Master Mason and four others. The Petition was approved by Grand Lodge and on the evening of Tuesday 30th October, 1900 Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 EC was duly constituted and Consecrated. This approval of Grand Lodge put an end to the opposition of St. John’s Lodge to the formation of the new Lodge and indeed they granted the use of their Lodge Room, the Brethren of St. John’s occupied all of the officers’ places for the Consecration and of the forty-four Brethren present forty-three of them were current or past members of St. John’s Lodge. The harmony evinced then has never waned up to the present time. Despite what may be considered a rather turbulent beginning the fledgling Lodge persevered and was determined to survive against all odds. This determination speaks volumes about our founding members’ commitment to Masonry and their dedication to the survival of Caribbee Lodge No. 2829.

Lodges in little Antigua, growth was very slow and even after our Tenth Anniversary there were times when we could not muster from our own, the numbers necessary to convene a meeting. Through these difficult times we were forced to call on St. John’s Lodge for assistance and it is their positive response that saw us through these harrowing periods. As it transpires, during the first fifty years of the Lodge’s existence one hundred and fourteen Candidates were Initiated and forty-six Brethren were welcomed as Joining Members. With growth in numbers came also the desire to grow physically and so in this area a property in Newgate Street was purchased in February 1903. It soon became apparent that the concept of owning its own Lodge Building had little merit and so the property was sold in May 1913 and Caribbee has up to the present, continued to share a meeting place owned by St. John’s Lodge and assist in its upkeep through the operation of the Masonic Lodge Building Committee. As time passed the Lodge felt that to engender the sense of Charity among the membership certain acts of charity should be identified and executed and to support this concept the funds of the Lodge were split to create a Benevolent Fund. After some opposition it was agreed to replenish this fund by the passing around a Charity Plate at the end of every meeting. This custom started on 1st April, 1926 continues to the present and was the brain child of Wor. Bro. Geo. Nugent. As the war years approached and passed, several international Masonic Charities were created and Caribbee Lodge found itself providing what support it could while not neglecting local charities which were ever present. One of the hallmarks of the Caribbee membership has been the inclusion of Brethren from all parts of the Caribbean as well as further afield to include the United Kingdom and the United States. In fact the presence of the American Bases in Antigua produced a steady stream of initiates and one actually remained on island long enough to have been installed as Master of Caribbee in 1949, just one month before he was recalled back home to the United States. It should also be noted with a sense of gratification that Caribbee was instrumental in the development of Masonry in other islands. In the case of Montserrat when there was no Lodge there Caribbee was known to hold Emergency Meetings

SUSIE’S HOT SAUCE – WHEN DID THE JOURNEY BEGIN?
S
usie’s is the special Caribbean taste which excites the taste buds, and lifts the flavour in your food! Established in 1960 as a small cottage industry by the late Susannah Tonge, (affectionately known as Susie); her Original Hot Sauce, over the past years, has developed into an internationally sought pepper sauce, which can be used on all type of foods as well as a seasoning compliment. “Susie’s Hot Sauce is not just a name, we are a unique flavour”. It is almost impossible to visit Antigua without becoming intimately acquainted with this Caribbean delicacy; and once you’ve tasted...It is even harder to forget! Susie has been pleasing palates since this sauce was first introduced. It has captured the hearts, minds and taste buds of chili heads and pepper sauce aficionados all over the world. Visitors insist on returning home with bottles of Susie’s sauces for family and friends, sharing the warmth of the sun-drenched paradise, its people, and the joy of their tropical experience...in Antigua Barbuda; land of 365 world class beaches, Summer all year round...nice people..and the home of Susie’s Hot Sauce. The company has been managed by Rosie V McMaster, Susie’s daughter, after her death in 1990; and Rosie has added 10 more flavours; and have won numerous prestigious awards in the USA, including 3 Scovie Awards, 1st Place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and 3 Golden Chile Awards...1st Place in Texas, among other prizes! Below are some of the listings and descriptions which have been posted internationally. 2001 Texas Fiery Food Show, held in Austin, Texas, won 1st Place for Habanero Hot Sauce A Category. 2001 Texas Fiery Food Show Shoot-Out Product Competition won 3rd Place in the Caribbean Style Hot Sauce Category. 2002 International Zest Food Show 3rd Place Winner in Hot Sauce Category. 2009 Golden Chile Award 1st Place Susie’s tied with another company for winning the most awards in Texas, and was the only company to win two first place prizes at that show! This sauce was the only hot sauce to win prizes in two separate categories. This sauce won: 1st Place Habanero Hot Sauce and 3rd Place Caribbean Hot Sauce. Given Four Peppers by “Caribbean Travel & Life” Rosie’s final dream is to bring to reality, the construction of the Susie’s Tourism & Manufacturing Complex; which is what she’s putting all her efforts into presently! Our Congratulations and best wishes to Mrs. Rosemarie V. McMaster OM MBE

Also equally gratifying to him was on 22nd April 2006, seeing his son Leslie Eustace Bindon Nanton PDSGW appointed and invested as “Deputy District Grand Master” at the 301st Communications of the District Grand Lodge of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, held in Antigua under the banner of St. John’s Lodge No. 492 ER.
Caribbee Lodge. Many of the Past Masters and Brethren who have had interactions with him throughout their Masonic careers, will attest that he has been an example and guide of what a true Mason should be. The accolades of his illustrious career, on and off the field have already and will continue to be recorded in the annals of time.

W. Bro. Eustace St. George Nanton PAGDC PDSGW, remains keen and active in his Masonic interests and continues to be an inspiration to the young and not so young in Antigua. His manner and deportment in the Lodge, whether in ceremonial work or at Lodge Committee business continues to be one that inspires emulation by us all.
Caribbee’s Oldest and Proudest
Nanton officiated during the installation ceremony as Senior Warden. It is indeed a testimony to his memory as a ritualist, even at the tender age of 92. In the history of Caribbee Lodge there has not been any other member who can claim to belong to the select group of three generations of active Masons, Masters of the same Lodge and Past Masters. A truly remarkable feat! W. Bro. Eustace St. George Nanton PAGDC, PDSGW celebrates 68 years of being a Mason this year, and as the years have been kind to him, we the Brethren of Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 EC, take this opportunity to wish him continued health and strength.

orn on November 25th 1921, Eustace St. George Nanton was the fifth child of Robert and Isabel Nanton of North Street, St. John’s, Antigua. He was educated at Private School, the TOR Memorial School, the Antigua Grammar School and Pan American Radio School.
Jones Award”. Eustace Nanton served as a Life Member with his Club, actively working with the “Wheels on Meals” program every week, and was accompanied and faithfully supported by his wife and partner in service, until he reached the age of 80 years.
While at the Antigua Grammar School he was very active in Athletics, Cricket and football. He had the honour of being Victor Laudarum on two occasions when inter school sports were held between Antigua Montserrat and St. Kitts. He played cricket for the Antigua Grammar School when he was 14 years old, in the first division, and later represented Antigua in the Leeward Island competition when he was 16 and 17 years old.
Eustace St. George Nanton was initiated into Freemasonry on 2nd May 1947. The ceremony was performed in St. John’s Lodge No. 492 ER, by both his father W. Bro. Robert Holberton Bindon Nanton and his father-in-law W. Bro. William Keithly Heath, who later became the Grand Inspector of the Leeward Islands.
Eustace claims that he had the good fortune to marry Generis Heath, (daughter of Very Worshipful Bro. W. K. Heath, and that she has been a tower of strength to him and the family in general over the years. They had six children – Cedric, Leslie, Margo, Tyrone, Patrick and Russell. Russell the last of their children unfortunately died in a car accident at the age of 22 years.
A PROFILE ON
W. BRO. EUSTACE ST. GEORGE NANTON PAGDC PDSGW written by
All the good traits of their children must be credited to their mother’s training he claims. God willing Eustace and Generis will celebrate 72 years of marriage in October this year. They presently enjoy their 13 grandchildren and 4 great grand children. He gives grateful thanks to the Great Architect without whom they could not have made it. Eustace Nanton worked in the Civil Service at the Government Treasury and the Administrator’s office for six years. He was then transferred to Trinidad to attend the Pan American Radio School where he was taught the Morse code by sound (dit – dah = A etc.) as well as meteorology, navigation and radio theory. Having been successful he worked for Pan American for six years, before the Communications Department was taken over by International Aeradio, where he worked for the next 31 years, the last nineteen of which he served as Manager Antigua. Eustace then retired having attained the age of 60 years. He was then fortunate to have been employed by Mr & Mrs Melon at the Mill Reef, and worked there for another 10 years as Manager of their estate in Antigua. Eustace demonstrated his keen interest in serving the community. He joined the Lions Club of Antigua in 1969, and worked as Chairman of the various committees including the Civic Improvement and Health and Welfare committees. He later worked as a Director of the Club and was later elected as President in 1979.

He was transferred to Trinidad shortly after being raised to the Third Degree, so there was a break in his early masonic activities. He however returned to Antigua in 1955 and his masonic activities were renewed. He had the honour and pleasure to serve as Worshipful Master of his mother Lodge, St. John’s Lodge No. 492 ER in 1958. He also had the distinction to serve as Worshipful Master of Caribbee Lodge No 2829 EC for two successive years in 1969 and 1970. He was exalted in Mt. Lebanon Royal Arch Chapter No. 492 on 7th March 1961. He served for many years as Director of Ceremonies in the St. John’s Lodge No. 492 ER, Caribbee Lodge No. 2829 EC, and also in the Mt. Lebanon Chapter. No. 492, until as he claimed, the years had taken their toll, and he left such duties to the younger Masons. Eustaces’ brother, W. Bro. Denis A. Nanton and himself were helpful in organizing and founding the St. George Chapter No. 3421 in Dominica. W. Bro. Denis Nanton served as First Principal, while Eustace served as Second Principal and W. Bro. Eric Munro served as Third Principal for the first year. The St. George Chapter later recommended E. Comp. Eustace St. George Nanton for Overseas Grand Chapter Rank. As his interest in Freemasonry grew he joined and contributed to several other Lodges and Orders in masonry. Serving in the Chair or as Master in the following: • Mt. Lebanon Royal Arch Chapter No. 492 ER in 1977 and 1978. •
Antigua Rose Croix Chapter No. 884 in 1987
•
Antigua Mark Master Masons Lodge No. 1723 in 1997
Over the years, W. Bro. Eustace St. George Nanton has gratefully received many honours in masonry as follows: • In 1972 he was awarded by the United Grand Lodge of England with “Overseas Grand Rank” •
In 1977 he was awarded by the Supreme Grand Chapter with “Overseas Grand Chapter Rank”
•
In 1984 he was awarded by the District Grand Lodge of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean with the rank of “Past District Senior Grand Warden”.
•
In that same year he also received “The Certificate of Service to Masonry for his work and service in the District of Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.
•
He was promoted to Grand Rank in 1992 by the United Grand Lodge of England with the rank of “Past Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies”.
•
In 1997 he achieved his fiftieth year as a Mason.
W. Bro. Eustace Nanton also distinguished himself in other Orders and Chapters in various other Orders of Freemasonry, which he joined and served during his Masonic career. He was an original member at the consecration of the Antigua Rose Croix Chapter in the Order of the Ancient and Accepted Rite on the 22nd February 1983, and he was later enthroned in the chair of that Chapter in 1987. He was promoted to the 30th Degree in 1989 and was afterwards promoted to the 31st Degree in 1998. Ill. Companion Eustace Nanton received his highest honour in that Order when he was promoted to the 32nd Degree on the 20th October 2007. He travelled to St. Lucia to expand his knowledge in Masonry, and became a Mark Master Mason at the Abercrombie Lodge of Mark Master Masons # 1502, on the 22nd July 1993. He was a founding member at the consecration of the Antigua Mark Master Masons Lodge No. 1723 in 1995. He would later receive that Lodge’s highest honour by being installed as Master of the Antigua Lodge of Mark Master Masons #1723 in November 1997. He was promoted to “Overseas Grand Rand” in Mark Masonry, and received District Honours in 1998 when he was promoted to “Past District Junior Grand Warden”. On the 11th June 2013 he had the distinct honour at the age of 91 years to be promoted by the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons to the Grand Rank of “Past Grand Junior Grand Deacon”. W. Bro. Eustace Nanton claims however, that his greatest honours and pride in Freemasonry came on the 7th July 2005 when he saw his grandson, young Leslie Cedric Nanton initiated into Freemasonry as a member of Caribbee Lodge #2829, and seeing him through to the Third Degree as a Master Mason in 2006 He was particularly honoured and pleased to be able to take an active part in the ceremonies, and he did so with distinction to himself and with great satisfaction to the Brethren.
