Hydration is an essential part of fitness and wellbeing. Any dehydration is serious as it will take 24 to 36 hours to recover from the effects, and that’s considering that the fluids are replaced. Your body is 60-65% water, a 1% loss of water will begin to reduce your performance. From 2% on the body will no longer be able to regulate heat and there will be a loss of strength and general endurance. 3% dehydration reduces muscular endurance and increases physical and mental fatigue. At greater than 6% dehydration can lead to extreme health issues and even death. Caribee hydration packs have been developed to be utilised with outdoor, sports and in industry scenarios and all packs are supplied with a preinstalled reservoir ranging from 1.5L, 2L and 3L sizes.

What we call waist packs are known as fanny packs in the USA. The name fanny pack is derived from the fact that they were traditionally worn facing the rear above the buttocks, for which “fanny” is a slang term in the United States.
