LOCATION: Set on two white-sand beaches, close to the town of Soufrière in the south west of the island, approximately 45 minutes from Hewanorra International Airport.

ACCOMMODATION: There are 130 rooms, cottages, bungalows and villas, all elegantly furnished in a contemporary plantation style and equipped with air conditioning, four-poster bed, flat screen TV, iPod docking station, DVD player, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary WiFi. Luxury Sugar Mill Rooms are located close to the main facilities and feature a private walled garden, whilst Superior Luxury Sugar Mill Rooms offer a private roof terrace, most with views of the ocean and Pitons. The hillside cottages and more spacious villas are tucked away to offer a sense of privacy whilst taking full advantage of the stunning views. Luxury Beachfront Bungalows are steps from the ocean and have a private courtyard with outdoor Jacuzzi. The 22 spectacular One to Four Bedroom Residences are close to the white sands of Glenconner Beach; they come with full kitchens, living rooms and private pools - ideal for larger families. The Balinese-style Four Bedroom Beachfront Collection have a double-height ceiling in the living and dining room, floor-to-ceiling windows, pool and lawn, custom Italian kitchens and incredible 180-degree views of the Pitons and Caribbean Sea. All accommodation includes butler service and an efficient shuttle service runs between the villas and the main hotel facilities.

RESTAURANTS & BARS: Breakfast is served overlooking the lily pond at the Terrace restaurant, whilst Bayside on the beach is the place for a relaxed lunch or dinner. The sophisticated Great Room offers a fine dining option and the open-air Palm Court Lounge is an elegant spot for evening cocktails. The Pier Bar at Glenconner Beach offers daytime snacks and cocktails, whilst the stylish Cane Bar serves an Asian-inspired evening menu and speciality rums. The new Jalouise Grill offers freshly caught fish cooked on an Argentinian grill, salads, sharing dishes and an exceptional “butchers cuts” menu. FACILITIES: There are two white-sand beaches, a large swimming pool, two tennis courts, a fitness centre, snooker room, PADI dive centre and complimentary non-motorised watersports including sailing, pedalos and snorkelling; waterskiing is available at an additional charge. The fabulous Rainforest Spa is housed in treehouse-style gazebos hidden amongst the tropical foliage and offers a full range of treatments. The Sugar Club provides an excellent programme of supervised activities for children aged 4-12 yrs as well as a pool table and board games to keep older children entertained.
